At RightWear, we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product under the conditions below.

Return Policy

You may return an item if it is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or call at +44 300 1234567 within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Return the product within 7 days of receiving it using a traceable delivery service (renowned courier or registered post) along with the original invoice.

Conditions for returned items:

  • Must be in original packaging (carefully folded)

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With all tags and labels attached

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased on SALE are not eligible for return.

  • Courier charges for returning the item must be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and you will need to provide your account details.
